Johnny Chi Appointed Chairman of COFCO International
The Board of Directors of COFCO International Ltd. has today appointed Jingtao (Johnny) Chi as Chairman.
GENEVA, Switzerland – The Board of Directors of COFCO International Ltd. has today appointed Jingtao (Johnny) Chi as Chairman.
Mr Chi is Executive Vice-President of COFCO Corporation and CEO of COFCO International. He was appointed Vice-Chairman of the Board of COFCO International in 2017.
Mr Chi succeeds Xubo (Patrick) Yu who is stepping down as Chairman of COFCO International to focus on his role as President and Director of COFCO Corporation. Mr Yu has served as Chairman of COFCO International since 2016. He will continue as a member of the Board of Directors of COFCO International.
Mr Chi will continue to lead COFCO International as CEO and Chairman and he will remain based at COFCO International’s headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland
