COFCO International recognised again as Sustainalytics Top-Rated ESG Company
COFCO International (HK) Ltd. has been recognised as a Sustainalytics 2024 Top-Rated ESG Company, strongly outperforming its peers in the Sustainalytics Food Products industry group.
Morningstar Sustainalytics recognised COFCO International (HK) Ltd., the parent company for COFCO International operations, as a Sustainalytics 2024 Top-Rated ESG Company in July 2024, after a full annual assessment. The rating categorised the company's Management of ESG Material Risks as “Strong”.
This rating follows on from the publication of COFCO International’s sustainability report earlier this year, which discloses the company’s sustainability progress, focus areas for improvement, evolving challenges and future plans to achieve its goals, including its recently approved SBTi science-based emissions reduction targets.
